The Project: Comprehensive masonry and brickwork package for a regional residential housing development site.

Our Hands On Scope: Our team delivered the entire structural masonry package for the plots. This included building the blockwork leaves from the foundations up to damp proof course (DPC) level, and continuing above DPC to complete the external facing brickwork, internal load bearing walls, and scaffolding lift stages up to roof level.

The Outcome: By keeping our team tightly managed and focused on structural accuracy, we delivered every plot exactly to the main contractor’s schedule. The clean brick ties, perfectly aligned cavities, and level wall plates ensured a seamless handover for the roof structural installers
