The Project: Construction of a specialized development consisting of two semi detached, 2 bedroom bungalows tailored for the supported living and healthcare sector.
Our Hands On Scope: Our team delivered the full masonry package from the foundations up. This involved building the substructure blockwork up to damp proof course (DPC) level, and continuing above DPC to complete the high specification external facing brickwork, wide clearance internal partitions, and structural gables.
The Outcome: By maintaining daily on site oversight, we handed the properties over on time and within budget. The masonry perfectly accommodated the wider door openings required for bariatric and wheelchair access, passing all local authority quality controls on the first inspection
